Glass fusing is the process of layering glass and firing in a kiln to appoximately 1400° to 1500° and then going through a hold temperature stage, in order to anneal or strengthen the piece, and then a slow cooling. The jewlery pieces contain dichroic glass that,when fired in a kiln, create beautiful depth and color change when the piece is moved. Pictures do not do this glass justice! So what you see on this site is so much more gorgous when you see it in front of you.
